The online coaching/mentoring programme comprises:

  • Free 30 minute introductory session to see whether coaching is the right solution for you.
  • Weekly or bi-weekly online coaching/mentoring sessions lasting 1 hour, minimum of 6 sessions.
  • Further sessions available if required.
