  • This course explains why digital detox and digital management is so important and offers sound, research based information, along with practical suggestions as to how to manage smartphone use. Whilst recognising that smart phones are a useful tool and now an everyday part of life in the age in which we live, each lesson provides practical and well thought out ideas as to how to break habits which have formed around the use of our devices. The tasks set allow time for reflection and encourage trialing methods to take back control. The course creates an awareness which remains even on days when we may fall back into previous habits, and seeks to ensure we consider our wellbeing and ways to remain connected on a human level to our communities.
